SCI is very proud to announce the placement of the President of Property Management with a prominent investor in multifamily housing.

The new hire joins the company to expand the lead property management role in anticipation of continued growth, taking a seat on the firm's executive committee and participating in key strategic decisions.

Thomas Williams, EVP & COO at SCI, oversaw the search assignment, with Managing Director Craig Friday conducting principal recruiting.
